Tracking FAQ
You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking details when your order has been dispatched. If you have a Menswear Market account, you can also access tracking details in the “My Orders” section of the account page.
When the confirmation email is missing, it usually means that your email address was entered incorrectly during checkout (i.e. a typo). Please contact us and we’ll provide your order number, so you can use shipment tracking tool. We also recommend checking your spam or promotional email folders to locate our email.
We send the tracking number when your shipment is created (Within 1 business day of cleared payment). Once the shipment is dispatched, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking activity to begin showing online.
FedEx and USPS return the shipment to the sender (us) if the shipment address is incorrect or incomplete, or if they encounter a problem with the delivery location. In some cases, we can redirect a package to a local pickup location, so please email us if this occurs with your delivery.
Check your delivery address to ensure you entered the correct information during checkout. Next, check with your neighbors or the staff in your building reception area; ask if a package has been delivered to them. If you cannot locate the package, it’s best to contact the carrier directly with your tracking information. In some cases, the tracking number may display an incorrect status due to a scanning error, and this can be confirmed by the carrier.
