All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment (unless otherwise stated in the item description). We do not ship on holidays. Orders are shipped from Minneapolis, MN.
Domestic orders over $50 or more receive FREE shipping through USPS with tracking provided. Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. We reserve the right to require signature confirmation for any delivery. These shipping terms include the lower 48 states as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

When will I receive my order?
Most domestic orders arrive to the customer within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on when your order is accepted. For example, an order accepted on a Friday evening will be dispatched later than one accepted Monday morning. Peak shipping times, such as holidays, can also affect delivery time. You can review our store notices (at the top bar of the web page) for announcements regarding shipment delays if/when they apply.
How do I track my order?
We want to keep you fully informed about shipping status. Here are three ways to track your order: 1) After your order is placed, check your email for the order ID number, which you can enter on our Order Tracking page. 2) You can access order status info when you login under your account page. 3) When your order has been prepared for shipping (within 1 business day), you’ll get a shipment confirmation email.
Can you ship to my P.O. Box?
Yes, we use USPS for most shipments and therefore offer delivery to P.O. boxes.
Can you mark my international order as a gift in the customs form?
All shipments are declared as merchandise, with a declared value of the purchase price. When applicable, buyers should be prepared to pay import taxes upon delivery. Menswear Market does not accept responsibility for import taxes charged upon delivery to customers outside the United States.
What happens to unclaimed or refused shipments?
If your order is returned to us due to refusal or unclaimed status, we can ship the item again with a second shipping charge applied, or refund you for the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Why are some products ineligible for international shipping?
Select products cannot be shipped beyond the borders of the United States. These include fragrances, exotic leathers (such as alligator leather), furs, and other products manufactured from animal sources.
