Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and therefore accept returns for eligible online orders within 30 days of the delivery date. Items marked “final sale” are excluded.

To start a return, please fill out the authorization form. Within 48 hours, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return merchandise.

Note for international customers: If you are located outside the United States, you may be required to coordinate customs, return shipping, tracking and delivery confirmation for your return shipment. Import duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.

All merchandise must be in the same condition as received. All merchandise must have all original tags, including our store tags, still attached. If merchandise had original manufacturer’s packaging or tags, these must also be returned with the product. Please note: removal or disposal of tags and/or original packaging means your purchase is no longer eligible for the 30-day return. We reserve the right to limit the order activity of customers with frequent or pending returns.

Your refund will be processed through the original payment method within 3-5 business days of return delivery to us. A flat $11.80 return shipment fee will be applied to your refund. Returns on orders valued at $700 or more are subject to an additional 2% restocking fee to help cover the cost of shipping high value items.
